Loi’s current work experience focuses on closely held businesses, with an emphasis on investments and real estate.  He works closely with clients on general accounting assistance and tax compliance.

Loi began his career with a small accounting firm in San Francisco providing accounting and tax services to high net worth individuals.  He joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson LLP in 2013.

Jessica joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson LLP in 2016. Previously, she worked at a boutique tax firm in San Francisco for eight years, focusing on ultra-high net worth family groups and their related entities. As such, she has a wide range of experience with individual, family limited partnership, trust, private foundation, and closely-held corporate tax work.

Well-educated in math and science, Jessica is adept at the technical aspects of tax compliance and planning. However, she most enjoys the relationships that she develops with clients, their advisors, and the staff she helps develop and mentor.

Wasan has over a decade of experience in public accounting, providing assurance, attest, and tax services. He has worked with broad range of clients including privately held companies, partnerships, estates, trusts, and individuals. He has serviced and assisted clients in a variety of industries ranging from professional services, construction, real estate, farming, to oil & gas.

Wasan began his public accounting career in the Central Valley with a regional public accounting firm. He joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson, LLP in 2021.

Rumi began her career in Japan, where she worked in banking and with other private companies as a controller. She moved to the U.S. in 2001 and Rumi joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson in 2009.

She started her public accounting career with Eckhoff Accountancy Corporation in San Rafael, where she focused on audits, reviews, and compilations for private companies.

Rumi has prepared tax returns for corporations, individuals, and trusts, and gained a solid foundation in accounting principles.

• Focuses on taxation, and specializes in trusts and estates, with an emphasis on special need trusts.

• Works closely with trustees on estate planning, distribution planning and tax compliance.

• Extensive experience in oil and gas industry taxation, rental real estate and 1031 exchanges.

Max began his public accounting career with RINA Accountancy, and has nine years of experience in public accounting, with an emphasis in audit. He has worked with both non-public entities and not-for-profit organizations.

Previously, he spent five years in radio broadcast sales with Susquehanna Radio Corp and Clear Channel Communications.

Nancy has over 9 years of experience in public accounting. She began her career at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP in Palo Alto. In 2013, she joined Mowat, Mackie & Anderson LLP.

Nancy focuses on individuals, trusts and estates.

Andrey’s current work experience focuses on individual tax preparation, trusts and estates.  He his forthright and determined in his approach to solving clients’ tax challenges.

Andrey began his public accounting career with Goodman Accountancy, Inc. in San Rafael in 2008.  He continued his career by joining Eckhoff and Company in 2013.  He joined Mowat Mackie & Anderson LLP as a Tax Manager in 2020.
