Karen E. Wilson began her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in their International Assignment Solutions (IAS) group in 1998. At PwC, Karen worked with the tax compliance division for US expatriates and foreign nationals working in the US. Karen subsequently worked at Ernst & Young in their Human Capital/Global Mobility group managing engagements for senior executives working for companies with cross-border interests.
Karen also spent 7 years with a boutique accounting firm in Bellevue Washington, concentrating on high-net worth individuals and complex charitable planning, including private foundations, charitable remainder trusts and family limited partnerships.
Karen has extensive experience with individual cross-border tax compliance and consulting, including consulting regarding investments held outside the US, exit tax, compliance reporting for foreign investments, and assisting delinquent US taxpayers with cross-border issues.

Karen works with high-net worth individuals, their families and closely-held businesses to not only understand their current tax and advisory needs, but also to assist with planning for future events. She works closely with both her clients and their advisors to ensure important information is shares and tax-saving opportunities are identified.
